You have to take this in context. I do not rock crawl as my back simply won't take it and at my age I just have no desire. We just like to ride some trails but i do end up getting into ome rocks as that's just how it is here. We went to the AOAA TW event a couple of years ago and i signed up to ride mainly green and some blue trails. I was second in line and we found out the leader had only ridden the trails once the day before. He got turned around and ended up taking us down atv trails. I can tell you I slammed down on my skids like 8 times, had mud up over the hood, and the trails were so tight we spent most of the day with the mirrors pulled in and the sliders guided us off trees 2-3 times. In this instance I was glad I had them.

Goes to show you never know what you might be getting into.
I went up into the mountains last year to get a guy unstuck and really worked my truck hard. Came within inches (or less!) from beating up my kick panels. And a couple years ago I was cruising around Death Valley and came across terrain that was a bit more rough than I anticipated. I didn't scrape the kick panels, but If I keep going at this rate, I will need new skids sooner than later...

With all this chaos going on around us I took advantage of the beautiful weather today and got some outdoor therapy in. Trimmed apple trees, weeded flower bed, and gave the truck a good hand wash

Oh I have spent my time in Death valley

We’re doing good. I work for the transportation industry and I’m considered a “essential” person so I have to work. Which isn’t a huge issues, I just hate having to deal with all the different trucks and drivers and who knows what issues they have.

Otherwise trying to stay low key. This whole tp and other shit shortage is getting old quick.

Yep, they have me working also. I support a utility via heavy equipment maintenance and repair.

Yeah, I went to the market today with chicken on my list. There were two packages of Family Pack drumsticks left... WTF??

Heavy equipment. I worked for Caterpillar for 17 1/2 years. I go back to work tomorrow and was told we will be discussing my hours. Oddly I don't care if they cut them as we have saved for this tpe of situation but I will ask if I can work enough to at least keep my insurance as I'm not so sure this government stimulus package is going through
