Looks like I need a new set for my road trip from NY to Colorado. I am torn between my current Wildpeaks (265 70 16) or the Mickey Thompson Extreme Country(255 80 16). What do ya think? I have never had 33s. How are they on highways?

I’ve had wild peaks on an f150, a Ram 2500, and now my 08 taco. They’ve handled plenty of mileage, plenty of off-road, and I’ve never felt that they were loud. I would be hard pressed to choose another tire just because I’ve never had a bad experience with 3 different sizes.

I'm running bfg dueller Revo at3. Got about 1000 miles on them and I luv'm.

Compared to the copper, Toyo, and dunslop I've run in the past; these bfg's blow them out of the water.
