It was OBO so my offer must have been higher than yours I guess.

 

I could understand the OBO but to me, when someone settles on a price with me and gives me their PAYPAL address, I consider it almost 100% complete. I told him I would have to wait until I got home from work to pay and he didn't say he had a problem with it. I am in the Army and was gone all day running a weapon qualification range and had no access to a computer. I just feel like it was sold out from underneath me.
