Fab Four rear bumper.

Here are some wiring diagrams a smarter dude at Napa dug up that apply to recent Tacomas, depending on the manufactured stock trailer (wiring) options. I was able to splice each wire from the new harness (attached) right into the existing truck’s wiring. Thank you for those who contribute to these threads. Hopefully these diagrams will help contribute in return.

I hope to find something to extend my wiring too. I got a Fab Four bumper and the wiring was just barely long enough for the stock bumper. After cutting most of the tape to get a bit more length it still wasn’t enough. The plug has since popped out due to the pressure and is currently hanging under the truck. I guess the trucks made in Baja used just enough materials to get by.

 

yeah, that is a VERY old post. I ended up getting a trailer harness extension and making my own out of the parts.
