Well I'm not even sure if this is a real question or more of an idea that I'd like to hear if you think this would work,

So fabtech 6 inch lift drop bracket blah blah blah

The shocks, well I know I can put stock coils in the shocks them selfs so I can go buy a pare of aftermarkets sure

What I'm thinking of is finding a full coil shock that's the same height and diameter as the shocks I have on the truck now, so that I can actually ride on maybe some kings

Anyone know of someone doing this or is everyone happy with the shocks they got from fabtech?

Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
Different shocks don't make the truck ride any better. If you have some adjustable 2.0's or 2.5, just have someone pull some valving shims out of them.

    Unless I'm missing something here...

It's less Tacoma and more mod
Oh i see what you mean, use the king top hat and a longer coilover to make up the distance covered by the goofy long strut it comes with. Yeah, its possible, replicate the King valving on a longer coilover and use the Tacoma Tophat. Probably cost a lot to prop up a DB lift like that. Might be better off putting it back to stock crossmember and using off the shelf Kings just due to pricing. FOA make custom coilovers, maybe they'll make a set for your setup.

, wouldent I need a ton of parts to change it back to stock and get a 3 inch lift? I mean don't get me wrong I'd love not having to climb into my truck all the time, but isn't it more work than it's worth? I'm good at fab I wouldent be worried to build anything just don't know where to starter

Your asking if they have other options for your front struts other than the fabtech struts?

I've had king coilovers on a fab 6 truck. If you call them, and tell them you want kings for a fabtech lift, they will put a longer rod on a 2.0 coilover. I know Icon also makes a coilover that fits fabtech lifts for 95-04 models. A lift shop down here in Hawaii, has made a a full length bilstein coilover for fabtech 95-04 as well. Lmk if you want to get in touch with them. They ship world wide and it's the most affordable. $950 for a full length coilover. Versus Kings which will cost you $1200+

What's the price or maybe the part number on the billstein coilovers? I can't find them, but those radflo shocks look pretty sick, but how are those shocks from Hawaii are they good? I mean I'm going to be doing 90mph on the highway hitting pot holes like there's no tomorrow i know you guys do tons of off roading but how would they be for actual highway driving

I'm not sure on the part numbers. Here is Top Notch contact info. They have a better break down of it for you. To me the bilsteins can keep up with your style of driving. For sure IMG_2409.jpg
