I would go with BDS 6 inch if you are set on getting 6 inch.

But honestly if you are going to wheel hard i would stay from the 6 inch. IMO

i dont plan on wheeling too hard but when i do i want it to be able to stand up to some of the conditions.

Ive tapped my Skid on the BDS couple times and she held up fine.
just consider all pros/con's of 6" setup and be sure b4 you hack it up

Digging the look of the BDS kit, and the price with Fox coils is pretty decent.

Is it just me or does the bracket on the BDS look like it offers quite a bit more ground clearance then the Fabtech or ProComp kits?

I'm yet to get a measurement from a BDS owner to compare but it appears that way in the pictars. The PC is just a big snowplow and advertising piece for them. I have hit that xmember and my TC lowers a few times in the rocks. It just happens when youre in the deep shit. The carrier still hangs lower but its still anoying to me personally.

    Yes
I finally saw one in person and it is pretty much what Jon is saying - although the brackets sit higher everything else sits in the exact same places as the other kits IE : diff drop etc so it is exposed and the kit comes with special skids to cover the exposed parts. So, realistically it does not provide any more clearance and I think that small non flat skid creates a hang up point IMO.

I can't believe I am going to say anything positive about a PC kit but it is the easiest kit to add skids too and already has pre drilled and threaded holes for skids on the front and rear cross members.

Overall by the time you put on nice flat skids all the DB kits are going to yield the same ground clearance because the diff drop height is the same right ?

Yeah I just think the BDS looks cleaner. Might have to go that route after all. Just when I thought I'd decided on a FabTech. Lol!
