    Lmao drunk ass.

I'll vouch wholeheartedly for the BDS stage 1. The blocks in the rear suck, but my Alcans should be here soon to take care of that. And out of all the Stage 2 kits, I think BDS is the only one with coils (Fox) good enough to not replace down the road. :D

Need some help here... Took the mall crawler wheeling with some of my jeep buddies tonight. All was well till I started stuffing/flexing rear tires. Bout half way through I started hearing popping/clunk sound from under anytime it flexed over the smallest of mounds. We crawled under it and found nothing, and drives normal on road. Any ideas what it could be?

Did the sound seem to be coming from the front end?

I would say middle to rear... My buddies said it might be driveshaft but couldn't tell. Annoyed the hell out of me! Completely fine on the road

Check for play in the carrier bearing.....the driveshaft goes thru it.....or it could be one of the U-joints on each end of the driveshaft.

I couldn't imagine a u-joint making this loud bang sound... Sounds way worse inside of truck than outside. I'll check it better tomorrow when I clean all the mud off it

The sound I compare it to is if you have a broken sway bar link up front and it bangs over every big bump

Check all your body mount bolts under the cab and bed. Check the ubolts, shocks and shackles. Make sure everything is torqued to spec. Bed mounts make a loud pop under flex due to it being plastic. You will need a t55 or 56 star and breaker bar for those. The cab is a deep well 17 I believe.

Dont forget u-bolts/shock mounts also. I would check the front sway bar also..Your sway bar could be contacting the coils and or shock when flexed. That tends to make a popping sound as you described. Just not from the rear..
