    They are 35x12's and the wheels are 4.5 BS so they clear just fine...after pinch weld flattening, cab mount chopping and fender chopping. My fenders are cut back 2" behind the front flares those flares are an extra set I have on while I am making my own fiberglass cut out style flares. The rear bumper was ordered cut 2" back and the rear wheel well body is cut back 2" too. The fender flares I am building will match the 2" bigger openings and flare out more than the stock flares.

    I suggest that anyone with 35's ordering a high clearance bumper order it cut back a couple of inches it will allow you to cut back the fender to match it and never have tire rubbage. This pic shows how much more it lets you open up the rear quarter :

    Kinda surprised that with all the spare parts people bring on those trips that nobody had an OE LCA they could hook you up with ? When I broke my OE LCA I caught it right when it cracked and we were able to get a dirt lot viva la Mexico stick weld put on it to get me home.

    That sucks man, a set of lowers and you should be pretty bullet proof up front. Did you ever get those cracks welded up around the drop bracket?
