That makes it a bit cheaper but installed you are going to be in deeper than that. Take a look at the " required additional " list on their site...that is just parts then add a heft labor bill on top of that for the install. You should call Solo and ask them for a quote w/ installation for the full blown kit for a 2wd...I'm betting 10k ++ by the time you get glass fenders and paint work etc...but then also what are you doing to he ass end ? That is going to be equally expensive if not more $ to build an ass end to keep up with that front kit. Paul at Solo is super cool and will talk to you on the phone for hours, their customer service is great give them a call.

Overall that is an incredible kit but watch the video of the blue truck on their site...that is what that kit is for and unless you are going that balls out buddy you really don't need to go with a 4.5" over race kit. A 3.5" over " regular " LT kit with gusseted OE spindles will handle anything 99% of people are going to throw at it. When it comes to 3.5" kits I suggest you check out Dirt King, their kits are a work of art when you see them in person and Dirt King now manufacturers every accessory you need too. Hell I would tell you to take a vacation and drive out here and have them install it, their craftsmanship is full on weld porn and their labor rates are super reasonable. The only reason I didn't go with Dirt King again is that they don't make a +2 kit.

Edit - just want to clarify that for the full 19" of travel they have to completely cut out you inner fenders, channel them and reinstall them like what hot rods do to tub for big tires that is a lot of work and $

I'm thinking of "adjusting" mine, but not until the warranty is up. The kit is made for a stock Taco but with everything I'm willing to do to it I think I can decrease the turning radius without effecting the performance of the lift.

With all the mall and mud bog ass you would pick up with that truck you would need a separate daily driver to carry all of the ass in  ...actually since it runs on bud and stripper glitter you may never have to leave the mud bog

If I remember correctly, the guy you're talking to had 9" of lift. A drop bracket kit with a 3" leveling kit.

Before and after (from this summer) mine looks more like a 4.5... Anyone agree, starting to question this

Good point...I guess not but the big problem with that and stock shocks is that you are riding topped out with about 1" of droop travel...probably makes a neat clunk sound when it rebounds off of speed bumps etc

Rear - Measure your rear blocks. The 4" BDS comes with 3" blocks and the 6" comes with 4" blocks.

Front - the 4" uses a only a top strut spacer. The 6" uses a preload spacer and a top strut spacer... IF you didn't get the 6" coilover kit...

Edit: that's the only differences I see personally, @Blacktacoma23 may be able to tell you more.
