    Ok guys I'm new here. and I have a question? I just bought my 06 Tacoma indigo ink and it has the pro comp stage 1, 6" lift. I would like to add a couple more inches without doing body lift what will I need to achieve this?

    If you look at the pick I just posted above. I had a stage 1 lift and added the extended length bilsteins and longer eibach coils and a 2 inch spacer to give me 9 inches. Also a aal in the rear. It was way cheaper then buyin coilovers.

    You can gain height in the rear with a full pack for 6" lift, longer shackle, shackle flip and relocated shock. The front is still going to need big coilovers to do it right. Its definitely the more expensive route but money well spent if you intend on keeping the truck.
    @Glueman Can speak to this.

    IMHO Spacers and blocks and body lifts work. But dont expect much more than malls from them. And you cant blame them when they fail if pushed, Cause odds are they will.

    Yes i realize there are people in here with those combos they may not have had them fail... Yet

    Thanks guys for the responses I will be buying coilovers to lift the front up higher. Or maybe the bilsteins wit eibach springs like mentioned above seems cheaper. Heres a pic of my '06 its the blue one. Black one is a coworkers.

    All together I spent around $600 shipped for my shocks and coils plus the spacers from eBay. I will warn you now that you have to buy uniball uca at the same time if not your stock ucas will hit the coils and will not have any down travel whatsoever. But uniballs will fix that. So add the cost of those and your almost to the cost of coilovers. I bought icon ucas used for $400 shipped with new bushings and bearings. So I spent around 1k for the lift upgrade. I would do it all again before I spent $1500+ on coilovers which you still would need ucas anyway.

    ok I think I got it i need coilovers and need to crank it up 2 in. with some different ucas to compensate. that will give me 8 inches up front. aal in the back or bigger block to level it out and be at 8 inches front and back. Got it. Oh and have to get rid of my 33" tires with 17" inch wheels and get 18x9 in wheels with 5.0 backspacing and 35 in tires.

    I had 18x9 and 34.5 inch tires and my truck had no stance whatsoever. I put on 20x12 and 35s and it looks much better. Not trying to persuade you into something you don't like but at 8 inches of lift wider rims n tires look better imo
