Any of you guys running 35"s and did not do the CMC? I have some 35"s getting ready to be installed as soon as my new gears arrive. I was wondering if I would be able to get away with 35"s and no CMC. Any input would help thanks guys!

You're getting 35's and gonna regear..... just do the CMC. It's easy. I think you'll be happy you did if you ever get in the dirt.

A few audio upgrades, tinted windows, remote start because it f'n hot in Texas! 6in Fabtech DB lift, 17x9 Fuel Trophy wheels, 315/70/17 Duratracs,BAMF 80in sliders w/kickout, Prinsu cab rack w/30in Heretic light bar, custom bedside decals, custom hi-lift jack brackets, US Offroad front bumper w/winch, bed rack with RTT, CB, Short wave base station, Ultra gauge, color matched grille surround, an ungodly amount of recover gear, ARB fridge, hood struts, RotoPax, traction pads.
I have 35's with the FabTech 6in DB lift. Because the FabTech lift has LCA extended stops on the spindles it keeps my tires from rubbing as much as possible. Even with the stops I still rub my cab mount just a little though when I air down on the trail. With that being said, I will do mine at some time.

Wow that's sick! Is that just a 6in lift? Or is that a body lift too?

Not at all. I love my setup, but I know I'm in the minority when I say that.

I've had my lift on for well over 100k miles, truck has 208k on it and no issues what so ever. I had a custom driveshaft made. Started on 33s then went to 35s to fill the gap with the steel bumper. Been to Canada 3 times from WV along with several road trips and daily driver. Can't brag enough about these trucks. I've actually had zero issues with the truck period. (Knock on wood)

IMG_0952.jpg Sent out an email to the Fox company personally, asking for the full length coilover to make my 6" lift do away with that ugly spacer. And this is the reply I got. Still scratching my head on this one what he seems to thinks is different. Same Stock mounting points and he thinks I've gotta use my spacer with a stock length coil which defeats what I want. He's trying to basically sell me a 3400$ kit instead of the 1600$ coilovers... that's what you get with customer service I guess

I'm thinking about getting a fabtech 6" and won't be able to afford coilovers but I don't want to huge spacer so does anyone make a strut for the fabtech to eliminate the spacer? I was looking at the RC struts but I'd imagine they are too short considering the drop bracket itself is smaller on the RC kit.

What bullshit. The damn coilovers need to be extended by the same amount of height that the spacer is. Sounds like Fox got a bunch of money to build extended COs for BDS exclusively.

It was funny but guy is just trying to make a larger sale. Instead of selling me the 1600$ coilovers and being helpful lol

Dirt logic makes coilovers exclusively for the fabtech kits. I'm not 100% sure but I was told that fox makes the dirt logic coilovers for fabtech. Give fabtech a call and they do offer the full length coilovers with and without remote resi.
