Too much hinky shit going on here...

Feb 2011, someone posts "check out my new truck"... note factory bumper.
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/1st-gen-tacomas/141314-check-out-my-tacoma.html

November 2011, it's on eBay and sells for $20k
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/bu...acoma-convertible-w-1-300-miles-must-see.html

December 2011, single-post member from Fresno posts it up for sale with the whole backstory about Millen doing the mod work and it sat in the Toyota museum for 10 years.
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/1s...1-concept-tacoma-convertible-1-800-miles.html

So when did the tube bumper get installed?

Just too much BS going on with the supposed history of the truck.
The Toyota museum is not open to the general public... it's not a car show, it's not Petersen where you can find custom and concept vehicles.
There's no way this slapped together OTC piece of junk was in that museum.

The whole interior is a 98-00. In 2001 they went to white gauges.

    The better coast
I thought I had rear roll bars like a jeep, I likes it previously for some reason but not any more.

I think double cab would look BA if done correctly
