I pressed the key fob to lock the door and the car horn just went off nonstop. I had to unplug the battery to shut it off, and now I can't plug it back in without it going off again.

Is there a way to turn off the factory alarm or reset it? I can't use my truck now. I still have full factory coverage on it, but I can't even drive it to the dealership if I wanted to.

What would cause it to trip the car horn like that? A bad ground?

Can you disconnect the horn? Or does the alarm shut the system down? Try using other key ... keeping this one way out of range?

I removed the horn relay, and everything still works fine. But as soon as I drop the relay back, the horn goes off.

Is the horn constant or is does it go on and off?

Sounds like the relay to me. Mine did the same thing a month ago. Swapped the relay and haven't had a problem since.
Electrical should be under warranty, correct me if I'm wrong guys. If nothing else is effected, I'd pull the relay and take the truck to the dealer. That way they can put a new one in and it will be there if it is another issue with the electrical system causing it.

Weathertech floor liners moded to hold OEM floor mats, weathertech vent visors, Toyota bed mat, LEER 100XL cap, hood gasket mod to stop whistling.
Doesn't the alarm typically give you an intermittent beep..beep..beep alarm? If so I would agree that the contacts in the relay got welded shut.
