I would not be a happy camper with some of those alignment figures, your vehicle might feel a little wandering, no pun intended.
I'd be a lot happier with 2.5+ Caster max camber at .0 to .25 (my preference) Toe should be ok so tire wear should be good to go, but I'd change that caster if you do any highway travel, however it may be good for tight turns though...

    Hope that helps
    Cheers!

My caster feels fine so far...did about 100 miles on the freeway the other day for a wheeling trip but it's the uneven wear from the positive camber I'm worried about the most. I'll try taking it to another shop.

    That's damn high.

I've got 3.7 on one side and 3.5 on the other, and IIRC, the alignment shop said 3.7 was the max that was possible w/ my ICON UCAs.

I almost want to bump it down a bit, because I think the tires (265/70/17) rub a tad on the front fender. I think something like 3.5 and 3.3 would be better.

Yeah I started out with 2.8/3.3 and steering just did not feel good. They didn't say how much more room I had but my new numbers are definitely better feeling. I have the tubular icon uca, so maybe you were lied to :)

I did have some very minimal rubbing on front driver side with 285/70/17s, but :sawzall: :). That plastic is going away soon anyway for new bumper.

Okay, just came back from the alignment shop and saw the weirdest thing.

My camber on the driver's side cannot go lower than 1' while the camber on the passenger side was down to .45'. I literally watched the tech turn the camber cam until it maxed out, at the lowest of 1'. When he turned it more, the camber went back up again because of the shape of the camber cam. So, because of this we decided to make camber almost the same until I can get UCAs (1' on both front tires) but when that happened, it reduced my caster on the passenger side down to .5 from 2!

I have Icon stage 1's with the driver's side cranked just a few times more to account for taco-lean. Could this be the culprit?

    Ideas?

i've got SPC UCA's and i'm running 4.7L and 5.3R caster. it's some damn magic let me tell you... this thing drives better than my R32 did after literally 8 years of modding and tweaking. i would not run this truck any other way. the drive is purely amazing. camber is zero and a tick of toe so it goes straight on forward movement.

Dredging up this post from last year... when you say you have a tick of toe, is that toe in?
I have spc uppers too and do my own alignments. I have 4 on left and 4.2 on the right, and I'm thinking about rotating the uppers for even more caster.

I'm currently running my SPC's at 5deg caster both sides. my toe is set to OE specs at 0.05deg toe-in each side.

    Hey all,

I also had an alignment done recently after Bilstein 5100s set on notch 3 (~1.1" lift) on my '18 Sport.

Visually it looks like the truck has positive Camber (\---/). I mentioned it to them and they said it was dead on to factory specs.

I asked for the printout and it's showing the camber set at 0.5 on both sides.

Should I want it closer to 0? Is 0.5 perfectly acceptable?

I just put $1,400 worth of Toyos on the truck. Will I wear the outside of them?

Is what I'm seeing an illusion after the lift? It looks very noticeable even in photos.

    Thanks for the input!

    Cheers
