Factory LED headlights for Lunar Rock Color

My 2021 OR had the technology package, which was the backup alarm & ??? Comes in handy with an RSI cap.

I should have looked for "Technology Package With Options" for the LED headlights. Live and learn (Order LED headlights for about $1100 (25% sale occurs twice a year).

I was kicking myself, but the long bed was the biggest concern.

The wiring harness is different, thankfully FBC harness adapters made it simple.

If its not on the build sheet, it won't have them.

Once something matches your so-called "order" which is more like a reservation since you're not custom ordering a Tacoma, you should get something like this from your salesperson showing you the details of the vehicle build. It will have an temporary vin listed and then eventually switch over to a permanent vin once its built.

My 2023 TRD OR DCLB did not come with the sequential LED headlights and I knew that it didn't once I saw the build sheet.

 

I agree with the above, based on my shopping experience this past fall. If it doesn't specifically list "LED Headlights", then it's not included, regardless of what tech packages may be included.

 

Exactly. Not all tech packages include the LED headlights.

 

The window sticker from my low optioned 2023 Sport individually lists the $485 factory installed optional LED headlights (see item in yellow). Hope this helps.

 

You guys will likely think I'm nuts. I'm shopping for either 2022 or used 2023 Sport w/ 6M/T. I actually want headlights that have the halogen lights in them. I think these have the LED DRL strip going around them. I will pull the headlights apart and transplant Lexus RX350 xenon projectors. I've read it is a direct bolt in where the Halogens go. Further, I know how to boost up the wattage on Hella gen 3 ballasts to 55W from base 35W. I've read in threads in Tacoma World where guys arguing which is better LED headlights or HID. I just like the uber cool blue/purple cutoff lines with dynamite lux levels in HID.

This will sound wacko but if i end up getting one with LED headlights, I will likely talk to you all about a trade +cash back to me as these sure seem highly sought after. I write back when I finally find my 6MT unit.

 

Sequential LED headlights might be included with certain packages like premium or advanced technology packages. It's a good idea to double-check with Toyota or other sources to make sure you're getting the headlights you want for your TRD Sport in lunar rock color.
