Factory locker in 8.4 housing

3/2 leveling kit, 275/60r20 duratracs on xd128 20x9 rims, AFE stage 2 intake, trd exhaust, duel electric fan w/dakota digital controller

Have a friend who got a free 8 inch e locker and wants to install it into a 8.4 trd sport hosting while he saved for a pair of lockers and regear.
Is there a thread on this as I can't find one on it.
From what I remember it's making a notch for the actuator and a little shaving near the rear.
He babys his truck and figures it's over a year till he is doing lockers.

I have done this before but can't find the thread lol. It's not that hard and the dropout looks to be close to identical. Minus a spot for the actuator.

Get the gasket for the locker so you can mark opening, then some longer studs in some places. After that just some electrical.
