Factory Radio/Nav Issues

First off, you’ll have to excuse me, Idk which verison of the stereo I have. I have Nav and all that and the factory stereo is no slouch, but it’s not the premium JBL or whatever.

Anyways, the issue. It’s several things but I think they’re all the one and the same. To start with, one day my screen just completely went blank. Screen and all. I cut the truck off, restarted it and all good…. Now, I use the split screen. Half Navigation/Half Pandora. A few weeks ago I noticed the Pandora half was sticking. The artist and song would be stuck on the song that was 3 songs ago or so. Every time just touching the screen would get it right, but then it would simply get stuck on that screen as well…… now, I’m on Pandora again and the Pandora is randomly pausing. Thinking it’s my service or a Pandora issue, I switch to my stored music in my phone. It does the same thing! Play for a second, randomly pause on its own, then randomly start on its own… so now I flip to the radio, and it’s doing the same playing and stopping on its own. One thing I do notice, it shows this when it pauses on the radio.


Any thoughts?

 

I don’t have those issues. But my head unit brightness cuts in an out randomly while I’m driving. Drives me nuts when I catch that at corner of my eye. not sure what’s causing that
