Factory Roof Rack and bed extender thoughts?

    ok that's a bummer. yeah I used it the other day... just loosen the locks, slide it up towards the cab, then tighten the locks back down and now you have a secure place to put your small cargo. He usually keeps it up towards the cab for that kind of stuff... hockey bag, groceries, whatever. Oh well something I'm going to have to live with or maybe have a 3rd party install this system.

    That's the rack I will use if I move from the roof to the bed. Expensive though. But all of the Thule and Yakima good stuff is. In Hawaii, all you see are the Taco's with the Thule bed rack. They are everywhere.

    Another thought on the extender not using the rail system in the bed. Check out some of KB VooDoo's gear. He has some cools CMS (cargo management system) stuff.

    Thanks. I like those racks and I already have a T-Bone bed extender. Wife would have trouble lifting hobies that high though.
