After owning my Tacoma for 2 weeks now I see running boards will have to go. They are oem and frankly mount to close to rocker panel to be functional imo. Any one know if a single stirrup step like Bully is available for 2014 Tacoma. Not looking for cheap just a good quality step that preferably mounts to factory mounting area.

same here. only good for beating the snow/salty slush off the boots. Or when washing the roof area.

I don't know but have you considered sliders? They look much better and are more functional than Nerf bars. You can order weld on (really only needed for offroad) or bolt on. Avid Off Road

N-Fab also make a bar similar to what you are talking about.

Agree. They were the first thing I took off and sold. It's much easier to get in and out without them.
