Do I need to worry about damaging the tint with the product I use to clean the side and rear windows on my 2017 Taco Access cab, which have a fairly dark tint? Is the tint sandwiched in glass or on the surface? Some products say not for tinted windows.

If it’s “factory tint” then it’s just privacy glass. In which case, you’re fine to clean them with whatever.

Factory tint is not a film, it's a dye, so you won't scratch the "tint" with anything. (It will scratch like any other window on your truck tho, if covered in dirt)

Invisible Glass is an excellent product.

BTW.. factory tint, or privacy glass is 35%.

Hmmmm. Wonder why my 20% tint closely matches the privacy glass you state that is 35%?

Turtle Wax Dash & Glass is what I use on my windows. Pick up a bottle at your local Walmart.

    It is not 35% equivalent.
