Factory TPMS compatibility on 1999 4Runner wheels??

    Are the factory TPMS sensors compatible on older 1999 4 runner wheels?

    undercover tonneau ,bug deflector, removal of all tacoma emblems added a set of component speakers behind the rear seat egr in channel window visors
    i think as long as the angle of the sensor matches the rim your good to go. dont quote me on that though. this will at least bump ya back to top :D

    The are likely not set up to take sensors because they were made before sensors existed.

    I ran into this same problem with my rims, which are from a 2004 Tundra. I have TPMS straps, which I got from discount tire, and have had no issues after 25,0000 miles.
