Fail 4x4 Towing

Accidentally towed a boat 5k lbs in 4x4 hi( freeway, uphill, downhill, loading and unloading boat, round trip). What kind of trouble am I looking at? Truck only has 1k miles

 

All good, driveline is bullet proof. You only suffered fuel economy loss.

Usually ujoints are the weakest point and will have suffered minor strain.

I know of a Sequoia that towed a trailer across the country in 4x4 because they felt it was safer.... No damage.

 

It's a Toyota, man.

 

Totaled. Complete write-off.
But here's what I can do for ya...

 

I have bad news. You completely exploded the truck and are now browsing from "the other side."
