FAILED MOD! Post your pics!

Bored at work and thought of a good thread! Post your pics of your "failed mod."

 

Tried to shim my front seat mounts using washers yesterday, couldn't get the bolt lined up properly even with a single washer. No pics but it was a fail

 

I messed up my right read bedside decal from Sockmonkey. Alcohol may or may not have been involved

 

I will try to post a pic tomorrow of my failed console cover mod....

and customcargrills gave me a short mesh -_- one side kept pulling the other one off -_-

 

putting in my LED dome light, i was using a flat head screw drive to pry off the plastic lens and once i got if off i accidently touch the screw drive to the light socket and short circuited my whole interior blowing a couple of fuses...replaced the fuses and good as new

 

I started this thread so its only fair to post my recent failure... I tried to recover the console lid and well it didn't go so well.. Its now at the upholstery shop getting redone.

 

If a first you don't suceed, hide all evidence that you tried.

 

Just a few minor things that where fixable

 

I tried to do the aux plug in for iPods on my factory radio. My soldering skills are terrible and I melted the dots off the circuit board. Luckily the radio still works fine, but no iPod adapter still.
