I just had to have the weather strip on my driver door window replaced, under warranty, as it had come loose and was making a flapping noise when the window was down. it still served its purpose when the window was up and didn't let any water or air in but that noise was so annoying.

    Anyone else had this issue?

Don't tell me this, I started to hear some high-pitched whining on my drive back to work. Now I'm paranoid. I noticed a very slight separation on the internal seal. I might just try and glue it myself.

Yeah it’s been a problem on gen 2s for years. Figure gen 3s would inherit the problem. Keep using that warranty. I Ran a small fuel line hose through my seal to make it thicker. It keeps the crosswind noise from happening.

Dealer replaced my driverside seals due to the whistling while at highway speeds.
