I've searched around for an answer to this one and can't seem to find anything: I'm noticing a faint cricket-like squeak/chirp from the front end (driver's side) of my 2010 2.7 4X4 access cab. The squeak is intermittent, doesn't seem to be caused by bumbs, but does seem to be rotation related. This squeak seems to appear at higher speeds....or maybe it's more obvious at higher speeds (70 km/h or higher).

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

My apologies if I've posted this in the wrong forum.

Good luck. Rattles, squeaks, and noises can be very difficult to diagnose. I've solved a few on my truck. If your truck is under the 3-year 36K warranty take it to Toyota stealership, they'll work on it. They permanently solved a horrible creaking sound emanating from the pinch weld by spraying penetrating oil in it for me a few years ago.
