Still seams high. For some comparison, I bought my 2003 Lunar Mist DC, not 4X4, Prerunner TRD, SR5 with 67K miles on it for $10,600. They had it priced though for $13,900. Basically I got my loan approved so they knew they almost had a sale, than when we were in the sales office I walked out. : )

Thanks for the heads up. I posted in that thread. Hope the seller PMs me.
The one in Somerset is the one I drove that is 4 hrs away. They are supposed to get the door dings worked out ( painless dent repair) Wed.
They initially let me walk out on a trade in deal. We were $777 apart. It is in decent shape. Nothing special. I'll call them again Monday.
They offered to deliver it. But they seem stuck at $12950.
I'm more in the $11500 range.
Previous owner has the camper shell and is willing to give it to the next buyer. Nice guy!

I've been looking at the market on these over the last month and bought one last week very similar to this one. Given those details, I'd say $10k is fair if everything else is fine.

    Good luck on your search.
    Found my 2001 4X4 Extended Cab SR5 4-cylinder in Aug. 2007.
Had 75K miles and paid $11,500 from the Subaru dealer.

Last Jan. I had the truck in the Toyota dealership for an oil change.
When they called to tell me the truck was done, they pointed out the fact my frame was rusty enough to qualify for a frame replacement!
First time I ever heard of this program.

Took a couple of weeks for all the parts to arrive.
Mechanic had the job done in 4 days. Not bad for his 1st time.
Perfect job with NO problems in the past year. (He's good.)

Had the clutch replaced while the truck was apart. Easier when not in the truck.
New shocks (free labor) and already had the muffler replaced the year before. Puts me in the FREE parts/labor catagory if ever needed in the future.
Replaced the fuel filter also. He showed me all the gunk that came out.
Radiator hoses replaced also. Heck, one end is already off. I got new hoses.

Funny.... I paid $11,500 in 2007 for the truck and the frame replacement was about the same cost to Toyota. (The mechanic told me the cost when they sent the bill to Toyota.)

Bottom line.... I have a new truck, basically free!
Just a little over 100K at the present. I'll be driving this truck for many years!
Also had the frame/body Ziebarted after the work was done. Had many trucks done in the past and it works for me.

Toppers are not worth close to their MSRP when new if sold as used or packaged with the truck.

I paid $150 for my used black-matching fiberglass topper from a dealer who just wanted to move it.
    Perfect for me.
