Not quite true. You still need to know the ID numbers of the sensors in your new wheels and program those numbers into the truck's ECU. Seller would have no way of knowing what the ID numbers are since they are still in the wheels. So you still need a trip to the tire shop or dealer or you need to buy both a trigger tool and a programming tool to do it yourself.

Very true, but it's still a "bolt-on" operation, and there's less risk of damaging a rim, and less cost involved in mounting, balancing, etc.

Sold my set to a 2nd gen owner at work, for $550. He was happy as hell, as he really needed new tires. The set had 2500 miles on them at the time of sale. The buyer reused his TPMS sensors and I reused mine as well. Maybe I could have gotten more but all parties were satisfied in the end.

I also really like the OR wheels but they may not go with what I'm thinking about doing with my truck. I want more tire options so I may upgrade to the 17" FN FX Pro wheels. I also like the TRD Pro wheels but it seems like that is the go to for almost everyone. If I unload mine and you don't find something I'll let you know if you are interested.

Depends on region too, of course. "Fair" pricing is whatever you as the seller and the buyer agree on. Reasonable range seems to be $600-800 for full setup minus tpms. Anything less will probably move too quick. Anything over and you will have to wait for a some time.
