That is a good idea. I have been trying to find a shop that has both but they're both on backorder. Everything they do is in house, about an hour north of where I am located so that is way sweet!

I am running 265/75/16 K02's. With yours on the middle setting and that 1.5" AAL do you ride level or still have a rake? I like the idea of doing an AAL instead of the block even though they recommend not going higher than the 1.25" block.

Can’t speak to the Falcons but the Bilsteins are also made in USA.

I have a little forward rake with no load on my bed. I think it would ride level with the front on the top setting. I may consider raising it, but I'll see how the truck sits after getting my RTT and rack outfitted.

I've done a bit of towing and loaded the bed with dirt, and these shocks/AAL combo are pretty impressive when on the right setting. It was quite stable, not bouncy, and little sag even with 900lbs of dirt.

I think your tire size would be more of the determining factor there unless you’re gonna run 20” rims.

Agreed. No issues here for me, and I'm running 285/70R17's with 0 offset Icon's.

No man everything was intact, might have to turn the wheel for a better reach.

Has anyone used other springs other the stock ones? I’m thinking maybe the OME 887 or eibach 2” lift springs on the bottom clip of the shocks. I’m wondering if there are any adverse effects of using these and how much lift would you get?

Exactly I would like to run a different spring at the bottom setting of the shock. I know OME and Ebeich springs say they can only be used with there particular shock but I see people running them on bilsteins and other shocks.

This is from the last conversation I had:
"You can go with different coils if you want, as long as they are the same dimensions."
To me I would say if they're the same coil but taller you will be fine on the factory setting with the clip.

Installed mine also today and I didn’t have to drill out the bucket either. But i am running into an issue on the front i installed the front shocks with out using a spring compressor method. Everything went fine but for some reason when the top nut is tightened all the way down there’s a little play between the bushing and metal washer. The nut is tightened all the way down until the last thread but still wont completely tighten down. Anyone have this issue before?

Ive had them on for about 2 weeks and the ride quality is so much better. The truck has alot less body roll in hard turns and no nose dive when braking. I put them on the medium setting because its my daily driver and Im going for a more subtle look.

Recently installed the tow haul kit and the ride is definitely firmer but in a good way! I love the adjustability of the rears I have a sleeping platform built out in the back of the Tacoma and when I have all my camping gear loaded I use the second setting and it rides great. I left the fronts set at level and got about 1.5-1.75” of lift. The rear instead of the blocks I used the icon 3 leaf add a leaf and got about an 1” of lift and the truck sits perfectly level. So far loving the setup great for the price and not breaking the bank.3954BC3B-B8AC-4B0F-A238-EFE58ECFD672.jpgBCBAEDE3-C2C5-4942-93FD-7A57181E3E7B.jpgCDE1CB09-1D14-4881-ACEF-061997C13CA6.jpg37E373AA-40FA-4DDE-9166-C65FBCE1D77D.jpgA00B1F7A-5EC9-4818-BDCA-926AD64525BE.jpg
