Experiment with the rear settings in different scenarios. I’ve found it really useful to have that rear adjustability in so many situations. Towing, off road and on road. Sometimes on street I would set it at Medium (with no extra load) and the added firmness really makes handling great. Other times I would be more into setting 1 (comfort and control setting). Enjoy!

Anybody in Utah County, Utah run the sport tow/haul lift? Wanting to see if I can get a ride in a truck with it before I buy!

I have the sport/haul system on my '17 OR. If you're looking for "blow your socks off" performance, these may not be right for you. But if you want a good all around shock these will suit you well. Mine have been on the truck for around 8 months and they perform well. Only complaint is they are a bit stiff, but they definitely give you a planted feel. Part of my problem may be that I need to upgrade my leaf springs. The front end rides great, the rear jumps around. I also rarely have weight in the bed so if you have a topper or bed rack, these shocks probably feel better.

As long as it rides good! I know they're not going to ride like kings over high speed stuff but imagine they ride better than stock at higher speeds and even slow crawling.
I plan on putting a shell on in the near future as well. I think springs may be replaced at that time for me anyway as the stock springs don't carry weight very well.

They are definitely better than stock. I've hit some big ditches at lower speeds and it soaks them up nicely. Don't have to worry about bottoming out these shocks. I have towed a trailer with maple sap tanks and it handled them pretty well, even with 500+ gallons sloshing around.

Like everyone else said on road they are definitely firmer but not in a bad way feels more planted. I have a shell on my tuck so with the extra weight my rears feel softer but I have the tow hauls so I can adjust them to the extra weight.

Anyone else have the shocks start squeaking relatively early? I have maybe 5k miles on mine and I can here the front squeaking already. Going to try greasing them through the fitting this weekend and see if that helps any

I just bought the falcon tow haul level lift. They estimate three weeks out. Just making sure, but the rear shocks are longer than the level kit. I’m assuming the front shocks are the same. So to be level I’ll have to use the top heavy load notch and not the level notch?

No you would still use the level setting. The longer rear shocks will just give you more droop. Use the top setting if you’re running a bumper or winch.

Ok. I’m not understanding, the rear shock is different because of the lift block. So if the rear is 1.25 inches higher and level on both kits is level then I’m assuming the front shocks are different too? Sorry if I’m being dense. I also don’t want to do the front twice if I can avoid it.

So the rear are 1.25” longer shocks if you get the tow haul. It does come with 1.25” lift blocks for the rear so when you add those and the level setting in the front the truck should sit even or “level”. If you go to the top setting on the front shocks your front will sit higher than the rear most likely

Vst I skimmed though this thread again. What happened with the top nut on your front shocks? Did you stick with stock coil spring?

Yes stock coils and I did the install myself. So I messed up on one part you have to keep and re use a metal like washer from the stock shocks and place it on top through the shaft under the top hat on the new shock. If not you can’t tighten down the top nut it will just screw down to the bottom of the threads and not compress the top bushing. If you’re having a shop do the install I’m sure they won’t miss this step it just wasn’t in the directions.

I have it, but I also have my fuel tank and tool drawer (Decked) on the driver side. When I'm low on fuel and my tools are out, it's dead level across the back.
