I need help figuring out what’s going on, I just got a new Falcon Suspension (w/ body lift) installed by a local Over-landing shop; MULE Expeditions.

The issue: b/w 20-35mph I am feeling a rhythmic vibration in the steering wheel. It’s as if something is out of alignment because it cycles but is not continuous. It feels like it’s coming from the front left.

    Background:
Noticed it the morning after the install. Then I heard a loud metal creaking noise and the vibration stopped. Took it to the shop they checked it out, took it for a drive, and couldn’t find any problem. They said the noise might have been a spring shifting in place as it sets.

I am guessing it’s something rotating, could it be the tire out of balance or the disc brakes? Or, something else? Something that was there prior but I couldn’t feel it cause the suspension was so loose?

Needle Bearing does the vibe go away in 4X4

It does go away in 4x4. Is this something that was caused by the new suspension install? Is it easily fixable?

Its something you should have probably replaced on lift install. Now they need to take everything apart again to access this wonderful piece. Look up needle bearing and ecgs. East coast gear supply for a replacement

Thanks Unchained, Jacado, and Trdobsessed. I really appreciate the help.

I did ask prior to the install if there was anything else they’d recommend. But that was the sales guy.

Update, talked with the shop, they are going to put in a clamshell bushing to replace the needle bearing on Monday. Thanks again y'all.
