Tire suggestions....i just bought my first Tacoma (2018 Tacoma TRD sport, 6speed manual, full cab) and am wondering if falken allpeaks 265/70/17 will fit versus the 265/65/17 stock tires? Also, the falkens seem to have greatly reviews, is this what folks are experiencing?

You’ve got the sizes reversed in your op, but yes...no problem on fitment.

Yep 265/70/17 Wildpeaks here with no issue. These tires have been awesome this winter. Highly recommend them & will great for next summer as well

I've only had them almost 5000 miles so far but this winter has definitely proven they are worthy! Just keep em rotated with a good alignment I've heard they will last a long time

EDIT just noticed your in SoCal so snow probably isn't a big concern for you but these are good all year round tires

Depends on your wheel offset too.

I was under the impression the fit fine as well..but with the aftermarket wheels I got (-12 offset I believe)...they rubbed bad with my mudflaps on. Even with my 5100s and 885 coils, they still rub a little in reverse.

I have 16" factory sized with 31K, no complaints other than they have some chop to them because my alignment was out, so they have that annoying hum to them on the highway now.

Couldn’t get my wildpeaks to balance... instead of chasing which tire was bad upgraded to ko2s
