I just realized you are in bellingham. I love Bellingham, have climbed Mt Baker and some others in the North Cascades.

I told my wife it would be nice to retire up around there. Mazama is super cool as well.

I moved to Bellingham from Los Angeles two years ago. I love LA but I have family right across the Canada border. I went to school here 25 years prior, so it felt like coming back home. Although Bellingham is now twice as big as back then (pop. 89,000 vs 45,000), still feels like a small town. Especially with the slow drivers LOL!

Yeah this is outdoors Mecca. Mount Baker wilderness is one giant playground. I looked at buying a cabin style home in the mountains, but I’m glad I bought in town. It costs more but is much more convenient.

Whenever I want to get out to the mountains and into the forest I can head 30 mins. in any direction.

265/75/16 falkens on stock TRDOR suspension and rims. very happy customer. not much if any extra road noise. I cant believe how well these things rail corners at speed on gravel forrest service roads and how well they handle in the rain. Mud performance is still TBD.
