Gotcha. I'm pretty sure the factory wheels won't rub with that tire size, but I could be wrong.

Don't the Falkens come with some kind of 50-55k mile warranty? I imagine if you could show proof of tire rotations, they would honor the warranty and give you another set. Not sure if that's how it works or not.

35 in front and 32 in the rear. That pic might be before I adjusted them down a little.

Yes, I would bet they don't rub on 0 and more positive offsets.

How many miles? My SL 265/70/17's are at about 45k miles and still look good. This is with a loaded truck and lots of towing. I will say this past winter their performance really dropped off though. I'll be replacing them before next winter, but the tread still looks good. Mileage should be close to what they warranty for.

There is a warranty form that you have to maintain. See attached.

With a set of Sumitomos on our Subaru, they are just about worn out. Sumitomo is a Falken company. The unfortunate part is that even though the dealer was doing the rotations, they were done at 7,500mi instead of the required 5k. Thankfully, that won't be a problem with the Taco, and our maint is up on the Subaru, so they will be done at 5k going forward also.

I have the 4Runner TRD Pro wheels - 4mm offset. You don't think they'll rub because of the positive offset?

Nope, you should be good. Where I was rubbing, positive offset would help.

I know not many people care to see the Wildpeaks on a stock truck in stock size (265/70/16), but I thought I would share because I was trying to see pictures in this size before I bought them and didn't find many.

I was considering 265/75s, but decided against it as I don't ever plan to lift it and I didn't want the gas mileage to go down. So far I am really impressed. My stock Goodyears had 50,000 miles on them so I think these may actually be slightly quieter. I really don't notice much of a difference so far with just driving on the road and highway. No balanacing issues either. I got Discount Tire to price match Walmart and got them for $115 a tire so got a super good deal.

Edit: *I was going to post the link to the Walmart or Amazon link for $115, but it looks like everyone bumped their price up to around $125.*

I put the exact same tire on my 2000 a few months ago. I love these tires. Zero cons so far. I got them for the aggressive look and wet weather traction.... they don't dissapoint.

I currently have 53,000 miles on my Wildpeaks.

They should be good for another 8-10,000 miles.

I just picked up a set of these wheels, got these same tires and removed the OEM mudflaps.

I haven’t installed them yet. Are you running stock suspension? How much are you rubbing?

That's impressive. Are they E or SL? Are they AT3?

You won’t rub with stock suspension and no mudflaps.

I've owned close to a dozen different off road tires. Wildpeaks top the list without a doubt. Such a great tire. Can't wait to put a set on the new truck

I just got Falken Wildpeak 265/75 R16's P rated tires on my 2020 Taco Pro. Did NOT want to mess with the stock geometry (yet) and did NOT want to put on LT's due to weight - they are perfect. IMHO, the Wildpeak's sit a bit lower than the stock tires (Goodyear Wrangler AT) so bumping up to 75's comes out at an ideal height. Doing 36/32 PSI to start and they seem just right, will probably do ~ 20 PSI off road.

Was able to get Discount Tire to match WalMart at $130/ea and sold my other tires on Craigslist in a few hours so pretty much a no-brainer.
