Rubitrek Homer here. I think the sidewall tread and raised letters are chunkier than the WP. The AT4 is heavier than the AT3. Noise, weight and appearance were my criteria.

Got 7k on them now. Great performance in snow, very quiet on the road. Aggressive looking.

Going to try and go get a price on the Rubitrek tomorrow. Need some new 17" wheels, too, so I guess overall price will depend on what model wheels they have avail

I am in Florida and considered the same things when buying tires. I have the Falken Wildpeak AT3s - been very happy with them so far for the last 2 years. Because of the summer rainy season we have, wet traction was important and I can say wet traction has been great. As far as noise, they do hum more than a road tire, but I don't think they are bad for an aggressive AT tire at all. No balancing issues to report as well.

Only thing that sucks is that my MPG took a pretty big hit vs. the stock road tires that came with the truck. But the trade off is that when I go off-roading, I have confidence I won't get stuck and of course....they look freakin awesome.
