That's terrible to hear about the AT3Ws. I was considering those tires after my KO2s wear out because they are not good on wet pavement.

I think you will be Happy with the BFG's. I am running the LT265/75 R16 size in the 10ply and have no issues with them.

Discount/America's Tires is a great company. They offer a really nice warranty on their tires, something like $25/per and you can get it replaced for any reason if it goes flat or blows out even if it was your own fault. I always get that warranty on my tires through them, but last time I did not and sure enough I blew out one of my brand new ST Maxx one week later. Cooper didn't do anything for me and I thought I was screwed without the warranty through America's Tire but they allowed me to retroactively purchase it as long as I got it for the new tire they gave me. So I got a new St Maxx for ~$50 and it's protected.

Glad I did not buy these. I remember around 25 years ago when this brand showed up and they were much cheaper than some of the main brands. Right away you could tell that they were not a top shelf tire by any stretch. Appears that not much has changed...SMH

I just got new tires, was seriously thinking the AT3by Falken. Went with New Goodyear UltraTerrians. Seen a lot of mixed reviews on TW about the Falken regarding balance issues. I hope I don’t regret the Goodyear’s. So far so good, only 400+miles, fingers crossed.

Yeah, it was a hard pill to swallow but you live and you learn. If i can get 40,000 out of the KO2s with no issues I won't regret the purchase.

Never had balance issues but clearly the construction needs work. I've never seen tires do anything like this and I showed it to my Dad and my Grandad and they both said they never had either. It's a bummer it had to happen but it was a learning experience.

Every tire will slip and slide depending on the situation. Got a set of ko2s on my truck then swapped it over to the 4Runner. Currently have 48k on the tires. To me, the ko2s are a great tires. Driving habits will cause a lot of problems with any set of tires.

For sure, I have respect for the weather, I drive gentle so I'm not all too worried. Excited to get them on!
