Have you used tire wax/restorer (to make it shiny and black) in the past?

I've heard it can damage tires as well

I put Falken Wildpeaks on my 15’ Pro 4X which had a crazy vibration between 65-75 mph... had two different balance and alignments done to try to sort it out to no avail...

Drove me crazy enough that I was done with that truck after six months with those tires which led me to the Tacoma, so I should be thankful to Falken for showing me the way ...

That sucks they are rotting in a year, good luck on your next tires!

Interesting, here I thought I was going crazy about having vibrations on the Highway! I didn’t have vibrations until I put these on. 275/70R17 C load. Only during 55mph+ I can feel the vibrations. It’s not crazy bad but I can definitely feel it. I’m hoping it fixes itself after getting worn a little. I like how well they’ve performed in the rain, snow and on dry roads. They’re fairly quite too

damn. If you have time snap a pic of the date code and check the country of manufacture. Maybe there is a trend. I have one set from thailand and one set from china.

Is this just an AT3 issue or all Wildpeaks? I've been eyeing the MTs.

Ya. Not from anything iv done. I clean my truck regulary in summer. As i said above. My dad also has 4 wildpeaks. His purchased new in feb 2020. He never cleans his truck. So its not from user error. I know thAt. Will never buy a garbage falken tire again. All the hype everyone talks. I had to try them out. The way it goes i suppose. Bs

Best part is that they want me to spend more money on tires before they will do anything. Haha. They can kiss my ass.basicaly telling me if i buy one tire. They will warranty the other 3. And same with my old mans. If he buys one of the tires they will replace the other 3 tires dont even have 15k miles on them

265/70/17 - No problems. Ordered from discount tire direct. If u buy falkens off Amazon or other weird places be prepared. Different rims & or aftermarket rims will effect the “driveability.” Toyota installed mine no issues & my drive improved - GL everyone

That sucks. You could buy 1, get the other 3 and sell all 4 to help fund your new set.

And then i wouldnt have tires. Because they will instal the new wildpeaks. Which i would have to pay to have installed. “Again”. And then i would have to have them removed to sell them. And i wouldnt be able to sell them if its my daily. The only tires and truck i have. So that wouldnt work. To much fckin around. If i had another set of wheels that would be an ok idea. But i dont. Only set i have.

3 months so far. I needed a winter snow tire that kept me from getting ticketed here in the Rockys. My wife loves them & they’ve been great in the snow. I hope they go the “extra mile” - I def will keep my eye on them but from what I can tell lots of the issues are with 16” rims/tires?
