@jpereira2 man, since I couldnt come your way this year I ended up buying a Woolwax kit and a used compressor...THIS IS HARD WORK. how do you do multiple trucks in day? I started at noon and only got like 3/4 the truck done by 4:30. Still have to pull the skid plate off and get at that section. Might have to redo a few sections too...I was running the gun with wands and the nozzle a little too closed....I read the instructions as "put on the wands with two turns from close" not two turns from just getting the wand to stay on. Oh well....

Question for you. About how much woolwax per truck do you use just on coating the underside not considering cavities? I only went through about 1.5 quarts without finishing the front on the truck.

I use about 2 quarts per truck with the cavities. By all means I'm always sore the next day. My neck feels like the hulk lol

Oh thanks! I'm not too far off. lol I need to get myself a crawler, I think that + experience are the secrets to success. My abs hurt too from trying to strain to look into everyplace while not being able to completely situp in a few sections.

Jpereira2, care to share your psi you're running at? What's your secret for colder weather spraying? I put my quart bottles in hot water and was still a bit thick, but I think that was because I didn't have the wands open enough. Might move up from 90 psi too.

90 psi and for cold weather I'll move the product inside and put it near the heating system

Can we get a pic of someone’s inner bed fender well sprayed? Above the liners, the inner part of bed walls.. how far up is sprayed or is it even sprayed? Thank you.

You mean like remove the shielding and spray in there? Nobody here has removed it for when I spray. I do get some of the bedside behind the wheel well toward the rear of the truck.

Thank you. I was told salt gets trapped between the fenders and liner and essentially acts as sand paper slowly wearing down the metal from vibration.

I'm yet to see rust there on a tacoma vs that of a Ram

I think j's schedule is full this fall, does anyone know where a reputable place to get a spray done?

I've never had something nicer than a 20 year old camry lol

J is my guy of choice. Before going to him I went to O'Handley's Auto in Taunton. Look them up on FaceBook. O'Handley's did a good job. J is at least as good.

    Thanks! :)

I live in NH so I am hoping there should be a place a bit closer that people may recommend. Google reviews is kind of a murky thing as I've been burned by places with "5 star reviews" and then I had a mediocre experience at best (and vice versa) but I am willing to do the drive if it means everything goes well.

NH oil or undercoating whatever they are called. Most likely booked out to like December though

O'Handley's are Jeep experts. They work on other vehicles as well. They applied Wool Wax on my Tacoma undercarriage, two consecutive years and did a good job. Scheduling took a little effort, but their work was good.

I would much rather have J do the work, and I plan on having him continue.

I just got the tacoma a few weeks ago so it looks like I'll have to keep him in my plans for next year on :)

J would it be easier for you if I got a coat done somewhere else then come to you afterwards or if I held off a winter?
