Both the lady and I have approved time off as of a few weeks ago. We have been getting a lot of practice in the Tacoma for this trip.

Nice!! Were all super excited for this trip. Now its the rush of everyone tweaking their setups and trucks for it. Mostly for easy travels.

While we were in the Maze, specifically on the way to the Doll House, the red "R" jumped off of my skid plate.

I don't like people who litter, but I inadvertently became one of those folks. If you guys see my R while you're in there, please pick it up for me -- we can hand off at a later date.

    Thanks!

If we see it, ya we'll grab it.
If that part of UT has been getting the rain like we have in northern AZ. Will be interesting to see any changes due to the water

Just checked the email. To confirm, we pick up our permits from the ranger station, so you and i don't actually have anything to print off?

I’m so bummed I couldn’t join this trip, but less than a year on this job and I have shit for time off.

But the wife and I have reservations for oct 30 for Dollhouse and the Maze overlook, and this past weekend we did the White Rim Road.

Looking forward to your trip report!

We’re back and had a great time.
First. Don’t make your long day driving to Dollhouse. The trail from TeaPot to the Wall is very technical right now. Would not want to do that in the dark. You want to be fresh and have good light. As the rangers said. They will leave it be until it becomes impassable with their Jeep Rubicon.
Maze OverLook 2 is where it’s at. 1 is ok but 2 you get right to the edge.
DollHouse 1 and 2 are good. 3 is OK.
Lots of good hikes around to do. We did about 35-40 miles of hiking.

We may have actually seen your lights at some point from across the river...
