    Sport had true lsd until 08. In 09 they dropped the mechanical lsd and replaced it with auto lsd (brake actuated)

    Don't forget the Bilstein shocks if you're counting everything different from the SR5. :thumbsup:

    I dunno though, I always thought the sport package was a waste of money since you replace most of that stuff when you lift it, but since Spruce told me the seats are different, I guess it'd be worth it to get the seats and the skoop...but personally, I'd just go right to the OR package. I'd rather have the rear locker than the skoop...plus adding a skoop would be cheaper than adding a selectable locker. :cool:

    I suppose it could be if you planned to leave it stock, but in your case, since you replaced the bumpers with high clearance off-road bumpers, it's really only the grille that's color matched and I'm sure it'd be cheap to have a bodyshop spray it to match even if you didn't want to rattle can it yourself. Pretty sure OR packages are color matched too (but again, I'm usually wrong about 2nd Gens so...). ;)

    Edit: okay maybe the door handles too...

    Oroad are not color matched. I bought this truck (my 3rd 2nd gen) because I got an awesome deal on it. Would have preferred the locker like I had on my other 2

    Well...considering I'm wrong about 2nd gens 99% of the time, I'm gonna say none. However, the TRD package (meaning both the Sport and the OR) seats are supposedly different from the SR5 and base model seats. They're more all weather or something and the center inserts are more of a mesh weave as Spruce told me the other day.
