Fall in Northern Michigan

Yes this is heaven on earth. Late Oct....deep in the woods near Lk Michigan...60 degrees...in my Taco with my dog....it was a good day.

 

I just moved to Nebraska over the summer, but lived in Michigan for the past 10 years. I was even farther north though, I was in the U.P. (Marquette area). June, July, August, and sometimes September were decent months but the other 8 months sucked haha.

 

Love Michigan! Mostly a spring/summer destination for us, between camping and fly fishing. Grayling and surrounding area is where we spend most of our time.

 

Gorgeous. My girl friend is originally from Harbor Springs. She and I have talked bout heading that way after she graduates from Vet school.

 

I have a cabin near grayling on the AuSable river. Also a piece of heaven
