I wish they add some kind of coop too it tho, 4 Games in and you think they toss some time of multi player to it.

^^^My buddy and I were talking about a co-op option. That would be so damn cool. Maybe that is something that can be added to the game later?... As @ebbs15 said earlier I love how everything useable. It seems the possibilities are endless with what you can create. It's going to be cool having the pup as a companion and the fact that he can go pick up stuff for you is friggin awesome!!!

I just called Gamestop. They don't have the Pip-Boy edition in there system yet and he did not know when it would be available. He did say however that if I pre-order the regular version they could switch it to the Pip-Boy edition once it becomes available.

 

Id even be happy to just jump and take over your companion or something. Like the old Fable games. Yeah maybe later they can add it or a Modder can do it. I Remember they did that with DOOM3 ,it was single player and a modder added a multiplayer to it, didnt work too well but was fun tho.

As far as ive been reading and seen its up on websites but they havent let people order it yet. I KNOW its not sold out yet.

I wonder if there are any perks to pre-ordering it? I.e. special weapons or armor etc. I haven't seen any listed so far. Free shipping is definitely a plus but I'd hate for gamestop to offer a better deal a month from now ya know...

 

Exactly what I want to inquire about before buying this haha.

If I could just order/pick it up from GameStop that beats shipping any day, and if they'll have a better price listed. But doubt it.

 

I didn't like VATS at first. Now I sometimes use it for every kill, depending on what kind of toon in playing.

Right now I'm doing a run-through of F3 and not just killing EVERYone possible, but I'm using every weapon possible as well. There's just something special about loading up a Rock-It with garden gnomes and bludgeoning Rivet City to death en masse. Good times.

I'm not going to get into the whole PC vs console thing. While I love to spew curses and mock the weak of hardware and modless, I say let them play however they want. I just wish they'd stop forcing us in PC land to have such shit-tastic UIs forced on us because some folks can't grasp the awesome complexity of installing a video card....lookin' at you here, Skyrim

 

^^LOL. Skyrim UI isn't terrible if you got used to playing it on XBOX360 first, though it probably helps that I still play it on PC with an Xbox controller. The game is much better on PC (mods), though.

On topic, I love VATS for close quarters.

 

So what are you all going to get it on? PS4,XBOX1,PC? Im going PC just for GFX upgrade im sure PC will have over console and Mods!

There are so many good looking games coming out... Final Fantasy 7 Remake, Tom Clancy's the Division, Rainbow Six Siege, Star Wars Battlefront, The Horizon, and Destiny's expansion. I hate that I'm in my 30's and have responsibility and can't be 12-18 and spend weeks playing solid... lol
