Dude i think they patched that, now when you close the game nothing happens inside your vault lol

 

I haven't updated it since the 1st update. It's on its 3rd now I think?

So apparently there's no more level cap. You can now keep going to unlock all perks

 

You have to level your special to acquire all perks, some players will have perks other players wont be able to

 

It's still possible, you get a new perk every level now instead of after every 2 levels like before. No cap = special training till all are 10. Then you can acquire all the parks.

Might as well throw in an Almost perfect perk from F3, but in reality I think theyre gonna ditch the Intense training perk. Im thinking theres gonna be a new way to raise your special stats like some grinding quests or implants form the institute

 

There will be. I'm sure you can get implants too like before.

I cant wait for the town buildings and mods. I think the MOD community will go crazy with this game. they so much to work with.

But yes no LVL cap. I also read somewhere about lvl scaling of bad guys after a certain lvl. That will be nice, I hate sometimes being to OP.

 

You think the modders went bonkers with Skyrim? I'll bet there's even more mods available for FO4 after an equal amount of time!

Ohhhhh. Like the more you level up the stronger the enemies get.

 

I think he means it sucks some times at the end-game when you just faceroll one-shot everything.

Yeah I gotcha haha. I'm not gonna lie I did my first go around on normal difficulty, and then very hard it makes a difference.

 

That what Im hoping for.

 

Im sure it's gonna be massive, heck they even decided on Boston before even finishing skyrim.
