Okay, this may be a silly question to everyone else, but does Valentine automatically cause every protectron or other friendly robot to turn hostile towards him? I haven't had much time to play this month and I'm trying to finish the "perfect" minute man ending but for some reason this is happening to me. I really like Valentine as a companion and I'll be getting everyone elses perks once I'm done this game. It's getting annoying though to have to watch Valentine fight off the protectron I just activated to go after some bad guys.

Basically what happens is every time I either walk into an area with lots of friendly robots, like Reeb Marina, they will fly past me (and stay neutral green in VATS) and attack Valentine. No matter what I do it happens. The same thing happens if I hack or turn on a Protectron. It'll come out green, go 5 feet in one direction, and then start blasting away at Valentine who then will engage it.

Any thoughts? I don't remember this happening the last play through...

 

I dont think its a valentine thing. My last playthrough every robot turned hostile on me if they even saw me. Hasnt happened this one yet though.

I've been playing this game over the past few days. Just hit LVL 10. It's fun but damn I wish there was a tutorial. Lots of trial and error. I was packing around all my junk weighted down like a stool pigeon with concrete shoes before I realized I could transfer it all to the work station. Went online and it seems all the useful glitches are being patched out. Kind of a bummer. Oh well, this game is a time sink and I'm loving it. I'm on the XBone btw

 

This is why I played my fist game to like level 28 or so, just figuring out the basics of how the hell to play the game, and then rerolled at that point to start running the storyline. I kinda figured I'd muck it all up otherwise.

 

Got my season pass last night for $24, if anybody is still waiting to get theres hurry up before it climbs up to $50 in March. Far Harbor hopefully will be as good as Lonesome road was for New Vegas.

For those of us that did a digital download on a system that included the season pass do we just automatically get access to all of the expansion packs without codes or anything? I haven't seen anything other than a receipt for my initial game purchase.

 

Wow, that's a good question. I have no idea. I'd go to the vendor forums and ask, I'll bet its been covered at this point.

 

They might send you codes on release. I agree you should hit up the forums and check there.

 

I don't know if it will be the same but when I used to play Call of Duty and had the season pass I could just automatically download the dlc without any codes or anything. It had an "install" button instead of a "purchase" button

I'm actually a little disappointed that there isn't a standalone achievement for collecting all the skill mags. There's a shit-ton of them, and they're a PITA to get. Took me a week.
