But seriously , does anybody here craft chems / beverages and use them ?

 

Fuck no.

I have 1 fridge solely for solids. Deathclaw hands, Instamash, Bubblegum, etc.
1 fridge for liquids. Nuka Cola, Wine, Bourbon, Vodka, etc.
1 lunch pail for chems.
1 drawer for my rare/themed junk items. Handcuffs, globes, toy cars, pool balls/cues, pre war money.

I tend to horde a lot of things and think of good ideas for them but never do anything with them.

 

You don't think I saw you post and didn't hop on right away? I actually didn't hop on...but there's no way in hell you're beating me to 100. I have to lay some pea gravel/mulch down in the backyard today. I doubt either of us will be playing tomorrow after 7pm. What's your week look like?

You're probably right , my wife has been working around the house the last few days and I have some sub trades working here this week so unlikely that I'll get to play hookey in the basement any time soon

 

It's all themed...maybe I will take the meat and make a butcher house one day?

I was the guy who never used his "gil" in RPG's and just toughed it out until I found a better weapon down the road.

 

I craft food all the time just don't seem to craft or use chems , I have like 375 stimpaks right now

 

Make sure you sleep and get the Well Rested bonus.

 

I craft tons of stimpaks. On this play through I've had absolutely no issues with stimpaks.

I also craft a few refreshing beverages and chem combinations. Anytime I find one of those extremely high level assaultrons I use the combos to slow things down and pack more punch to knock out the legs. Same with super high level mini boss type enemies like Mirelurk Queens. If I get addicted I use a refreshing beverage to wipe the addiction right out without chasing down addictol.

I used some points and maxed Ninja and Stealth...threw a suppressor on my .50 cal sniper...So far i'm not impressed.

As I've progressed farther it seems like my maxed out .50 cal sniper rifle is kinda weak

 

Because the settlers will eat it, the cheap a-holes

 

Do you have the sniper perks maxed out too?

 

Gauss is still the best IMO. I don't like the sound of it though.
