On a side note, anyone else reminded of the Big Daddys is BioShock when you see raider power armor?

 

I wonder how good PS4 VR will be given nVidia told everyone that only 1% of the hardware in the world can run the fairly good Oculus. If that's the case I can't see how the POS4 would have the horses to give out a great VR experience.

I kinda doubt Sony would be dumping big bucks into their VR setup if it didn't work

 

It'll be the bare minimum required for VR.

Playstation wants to get it going so the fanboys jump all over it on the PS4...then the PC fanboys will jump on the PS4 fanboys and tell them how shitty Console VR is compared to PC VR.

There. Now that we've shared private opinions on matters that have fuck all to do with the topic at hand, is there anything further you'd like to add?

 

As I understand it, you'll need at *least* a 4GB OC'd 970 class GPU at minimum to really drive a rift properly. The consoles that 'support' the rift early will be like PCs that had 'Vista ready' stickers on them.

You're correct. Personally I fucking hate most people. However, I also really get a charge out of helping them, thus my career in fixing IT stuff. It's one of the reasons I drink.

I hear you guys like to talk about Fallout 4 sometimes .

Honestly VR will probably cause you to puke within a few hours of game play and be gimmicky. Kind of like 3D TV, the Kinect, and the Virtual Boy.
