Him and Paladin Danse who I'm going to travel with next

Well u can't get Danse's perk without advancing past the point of no return with BOS iirc, which is how I ended up accidentally joining BOS last play through. You may want to look into it first if you're still going for the perfect game. I never traveled with the courser so I don't know much about him or his perk.

It was supposed to go up on the first, but I bought it before that, so I don't know for sure, but I can only imagine it did. From 30 to 50 iirc

Huge area and good existing buildings , I'm having fun with that one , just started

If you scrap the rowboat hanging from the ceiling in the double height boat house you can build a 1 1/2 unit wide floor on the upper area , I have 7 medium generators up there now and the slip into the building from the river allows you to place 2 water purifiers inside the building , There are access holes on both sides of the building from the loft walkway allowing you to get on to the shed roof on each side and a ladder up to the main roof . I used the access holes to get power out with conduits and placed 2 heavy lasers on the peak of the boat house roof . The brick building is just in range to swing a wire over to it and with conduits on the brick building I have 3 heavy lasers on the corners of that building too with all my power generation protected and hidden away up in the boathouse loft I built .

I had scrapped wverything, built part of a wall around the place, had a couple heavy turrets on roof tops and several large water purifiers sunken under water near the sunken boat

K , My Egret Tours Marina settlement is pretty awesome . First time I totally built the whole settlement before trying to attract any settlers so I could set the whole thing up how I wanted it without scrambling around trying to add beds and water etc , so all my power is in the upstairs of the boathouse and distributed throughout the settlement with conductors and overhead power lines plus I utilized the existing power poles to run power out to my gate tower , there's a wall around the 3 sides ending at the river in a horseshoe , double height gaurd towers in each corner with stacked piling shack floors with gaurd posts and heavy laser turrets at each , I built an additional floor on the brick building that houses all my beds and all the different types of stores are there at their largest size with the Bar on the boardwalk with a nice river side seating area for the patrons

I needed to do a few trips to Diamond City Market to buy Shipment of Wood ~ 100 from the baseball guy but got it all done last night
Now I just need more than the 4 settlers that have shown up lol

I'm getting frustrated as shit with some of the building stuff. IMO they should auto fit stuff so you can get buildings to fit right. Plus the angle sucks ass when trying to get roofs set up and you keep falling off the damn building. lol #constructionproblems

There's a few tricks to line stuff up plus to get further away from objects to place them you can build them somewhere else then grab them from farther away and move them where you want them to go

To stack concrete blocks or the pilings shack floor or any other full height modules that won't line up vertically I use the floor section that has the stairway built into it , ie 2 floors with a stairway in between , build your first item , snap the stairway floor section on the side of it with the lower floor aligned with the top of your foundation piece and snap your next section to the upper floor of the stairway section , and presto the two sections are aligned perfectly vertically , then just store the stairway or scrap it when you are done
