I started it last night. Got pretty much through the gauntlet and then windows 10 decided it was time to do an update and restart. So i stopped there. Not sure how much how much ill play till Friday (day off)

 

Oh and just a follow up , using the warehouse overhead door with a logic gate hooked up to the siren works awesome , Sunshine Tidings was attacked by Gunners last night and just after I fast travelled there the siren goes off , door drops down and traps all the Gunners outside where my turrets picked them all off with all my settlers safe inside the settlement walls

 

Clearing out this park is a pain in the ass

 

I have 28/35 starcores for the Galactica Zone. I really want that suit

 

Trying to stay fairly spoiler free:

Neat layout, and the gauntlet was fun if too easy. Reminds me a lot of the parking garage funhouse by the hospital.

A bit disappointed in the Overboss Power Armor pieces. Pretty pathetically weak, especially against Mark 6 X-01 with titanium plating.

Got me new digs at the grill. Let's see how this looks!

 

Stumbled on a glitch. After many hours of play I want to go into my house to customize some guns and I can't go in. I just fall thru the map

 

Most of the buggy stuff I've read about is with texture and wall / floor collision issues

 

Fuck it, I won't make those new guns cool. 5 more star cores to go.

 

Can you fast travel back to the Commonwealth or are you stuck in the Nuka World area once you start the DLC ?

 

Like Far Harbor. You travel back to the commonwealth, and you pop out at the Nuka Travel terminal. From there you regular fast travel, and vice-versa

And the blood worms are glitchy as fuck. I can only seem to kill em in vats and that's only if I use my critical hits. Others wise they don't take any damage whether in vats or point blank in a regular shot

 

I haven't gotten to them yet...have you tried multiple weapon types? I.E. plasma, laser, ballistic, etc etc

 

I think my save is corrupted or something. I gave up for the night. Probably going to have to go back an hour or so of game play

 

That's what I was dealing with.

 

The bugginess that I've seen so far has all been graphical. While nothing gameplay-wise or collision wise has stopped me, I've saved and re-started the client at least 3 times when the graphics engine started wonking out.

 

I'm gonna hold off on starting Nuka World for a couple days to see if they come out with a patch

Another great trick is for groups near a car. Sneak, and put 3 rounds in the car. Then the explosion will either take them out, or wear down a good bit of their health. Its not a FPS with tons of ammo.
