Damn that's why I don't give unique or legendary items to settlers unless I have a duplicate. And armored railroad coats aren't all that uncommon, I had about 5 mk5s from the battle of bunker hill but sold all but one.

 

Yeah but I only picked up 2 of the coats and after those bodies disappear from that location after that quest I don't think you can get them anywhere else

 

True, I looted as they killed each other outside and then inside the shelter below bunker hill. After I came out from sending the synths to the institute the bodies outside disappeared.

Tom doesn't sell coats by themselves? All they are are upgraded railroad coats. I kept one mk5 for myself and sold about 5 mk5s, 1 mk4, and a couple mk1s.

 

I don't think he does but I'm gonna check again next time I'm out that way

I'm trying the same thing at nordhagen, I have the kid on farming and one on a 3 tier bar and one on a clinic. It went from 16% to 45.

 

I'm kinda trying to do the make everyone happy playthrough. Not worried if I kill the railroad though.
Can bunker hill be made a settlement? I thought I read that yesterday.

I don't think you can kill the Railroad and get the perfect ending

I just finished the main quest's and everybody is alive. One of the railroad quest's is glitching though, o- well.

Have you built the relay to get into the Institute ?

 

Yes got in one time and now I have a mission that says to get back into institute and I pull it up on the map and go to the building and can not find where to get back in at

 

To get into the institute you have to use your pip. You had to meet all the heads of each department inorder to gain teleport privileges. Did you do that first then leave?

The icon is by the CIT ruins. Or try the relay you used at that settlement.

 

Relay in
