Fallout 4

That's awesome. I wonder if console will get the same mod community as PC currently does though.

 

My favorite was the enclave mod and watching deathclaws fight behemoths. I know for sure the enclave is back in 4.

 

I think the PS4 is a fairly easy swap and the Xbox One is difficult. The saving grace is that the Xbox One can load games from a SSD connected via USB 3.0 . A lot of people actually report faster load times off of the SSD USB 3.0 drives on the Xbox which I find interesting.

Ok updated my drivers and it runs great. Time to play Rise of Tomb Raider first or I'll never get around to it lol

 

27 more minutes of work till I can go home and dl it.

 

I got another 5 days!

 

Well I went to Target to see if I could grab me one of those Nuka Cola Quantums and they said they sold out at 8am after 5 minutes or so. That's what I get for having to work I guess.

 

Played the game for about 2.5 hours. Definitely unique gameplay and challenging. Learning not to pick up everything also. Wish i had a trader to sell crap to.

Do companions have a max carry? Or is it infinite?

 

They had limits before so they still should.

 

I didnt see any numbers, like i did with my capacity.

 

Is there seriously no y axis invert option in the control mapping ?

 

FFS Bethesda, it's 20-gotdamned-15, don't you fucking TELL me "That key is reserved" when remapping my controls!

 

So far i am enjoying the game. A little tough to figure things out for a newcomer to the series. But i finally figured out storing items in the workshops & breaking down weapons that arent being used for supplies. Also got my power armor stored in sanctuary.

Is the scavenging only available in the home towns? Unless i was doing it wrong it wouldnt let me into scavenge mode outside there to break down vehicles/objects.

 

Graphic wise I couldn't be happier. The new PC is getting the job done and can't wait to start modding to make it even better. It's a bit overwhelming how much crafting and weapon modding there is in this new Fallout, like Skyrim lever crafting and alchemy.

 

I played for about 3 hours last night. It is a bit overwhelming with all the crafting that can be done and it will take some time figuring it all out. Finished the first quest pretty quick and the rest of the time was spent exploring. There are so many things to look at I can't help but think I'm missing stuff haha. Friggen sweet I already have power armor in my possession. Can't wait to upgrade the hell out of it!
