    i cant wait that long lmao, however Fallout 3 was released October 28 2008 and NV was released October 19, so highly likely it'll be Late September like Fallout 1 and 2 or october the last two

    The Vaults themselves were not to safeguard humaity. They were social experiments, and in most of the vaults all the residents died lol so yes highly likely.
